The social media team, reporting to the Senior Social Media Manager, creates engaging content to support the execution of the Western and Chinese social media planning and strategy for the Heathrow brands, and co-ordinate and schedule social posts on platforms such as, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more. This role involves fostering community engagement and ensuring effective communication during disruptions.

Your role includes collaborating on audience-centered media strategies, creating innovative content in-house, and providing creative direction to external agencies. Proficiency in photo and video production is crucial for producing top-tier digital content that resonates with Heathrow’s diverse audience. Flexibility and support for broader Marketing & Digital initiatives are expected due to the dynamic nature of the business.

Working Location

Our agile approach offers the opportunity to combine home working with meetings, events and training at the airport. All roles involve some on-site working each week, so you’ll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
