Home working: Our rather fabulous offices are open all week to every team member, but generally we work from home 3 days a week. We’re a fab team who see the value in being together regularly, so you’d need to be able to commute to our Birmingham office on 2 set days a week.
Social stuff: We do all kinds of things, lunches, dinners, awards (cheesy but fun), team outings, feel good Fridays, quarterly incentives etc etc etc
Holidays: 26 days holiday (plus more each year) + bank holidays + the option to take another 3 unpaid. Not bad we think..
The environment: Yes there’s music playing, fresh fruit, random tea flavours and all the other stuff you’ll find in a cool modern office, but what really makes it special is the positive vibe and supportive / happy team.

The role
This is a broad role that encompasses all things social for a fast paced business. We have a great story, we have a listening audience, now we need someone to help bring that all together.
As you’ll see from the below responsibilities, we’re looking for someone with a wide range of skills:
