Job description: Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, an established landscaping business in their search for a Social Media Marketing Executive to work within their Marketing Team from their office location in St Asaph.

For the successful Social Media Marketing Executive our client is offering:

i. £23,000 – £25,000 p/annum
ii. 8.30 – 5pm Monday to Thursday, Friday (0830 – 1430)
iii. Mat Cover Contract 12 Months
iv. Holiday allowance of 22 days plus bank holidays (increasing by each year of service, up to a maximum of 26 days), Training provided, Medical cash plan, Christmas Shutdown, Free Lawn Treatments, Store Discounts

The role – Social Media Marketing Executive:

i. Work with the marketing team to build, drive and execute the social media strategy and tactical plans to grow both reach, ROI and brand awareness with prospect audiences
ii. Manage the content calendar, draft appropriate and relevant content and publish on all social channels
iii. Create content and design supporting graphics and images using Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva
iv. Responsible for increasing engagement from existing customers and connections resulting in increased customer satisfaction scores
v. Responsible for driving sales opportunities through organic and paid social media activity

What our client is looking for in an Social Media Marketing Executive:

i. Hands on social media experience, specifically with using multichannel analysis and reporting tools, gained from a similar role – ESSENTIAL
ii. Experience of paid social activity- ESSENTIAL
iii. Sprout Social tool – DESIREABLE
iv. Adobe Photoshop, Canva and other design tool usage as part of the role for content production – ESSENTIAL
v. Available at short notice due to a contract of 12 months
vi. Degree / Qualification relevant to marketing – DESIREABLE
