Social Media Marketing Manager

Permanent, Full Time

Based in Coventry

We are recruiting on behalf of our expanding client for a Social Media Marketing Manager. This is a brand new role where you will become the Social Media Expert within the company, working closely with the team to ensure the marketing strategy integrates with their social media efforts.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee and implement the social media strategy, including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Set up and manage social media advertising campaigns (paid and organic)
  • Evaluate and refine the social media approach to enhance performance
  • Develop campaigns aimed at expanding online communities
  • Manage the social media inboxes, ensuring timely replies
  • Create engaging content
  • Collaborate with social media influencers

Knowledge/Skills required:

  • Degree in Communications or Marketing with social media focus
  • Experience working in a social media marketing role for a business
  • Extensive understanding of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn and Tiktok
  • Experience with Canva and Photoshop
  • Experienced running paid social media campaigns
