THE ROLE:

  • Assisting the technical support process by receiving and interpreting customer requirements and relaying possible solutions
  • Progressing customer tickets and collaboratively working to solve challenges
  • Provide ongoing remote support to customers worldwide via telephone, email, and internet

THE PERSON:

  • Have a keen interest in technology or Cyber security
  • Have a good telephone manner or customer facing attributes
  • Willingness to learn and progress
