About our Team
You will be joining a team of 7, which consists of software trainers and customer success executives. The team are collaborative, professional and dedicated to helping our customers succeed. With a keen focus on customer excellence, we deliver engaging training to our wide range of customers across the UK, both in-person and via digital channels.
About the Role
As a Software Trainer, you are responsible for planning, organizing and leading best-in-class customer training sessions. You will deliver online and onsite customer training programs to derive maximum benefit from their subscription solutions.
Responsibilities
· Developing, coordinating and conducting IT training, educational and orientation programs for users
· Maintaining documentation of information technology systems and applications, and coordinating incorporation of documentation within applications
· Implementing and/or approves training and documentation policies, standards and procedures
· Working within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines Interpersonal
· Solving routine problems using existing procedures and standard practices
· Keeping records and preparing documentation of training programs, scheduling, employee attendance and training program effectiveness
Requirements
· Have experience delivering technical training to clients in a professional setting.
· Motivate with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and work collaboratively with colleagues.
· Demonstrate thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to convey technical concepts in an understandable manner.
· Be able to develop training material and curriculum for technical products.
