What you’ll be doing:

As a key leader within the UK Government Sector, your role is to drive growth by shaping solutions for business wins in target accounts and expanding within existing ones. You will provide technical assurance for high-priority Government programs, acting as a trusted advisor for key strategic customers. Responsibilities include solution development, technical delivery estimation, proposition integration for bids, and identifying expansion opportunities within established accounts. You will oversee the mobilization of new project teams, offer client-facing technical assurance for established teams, and build internal partnerships to understand trends impacting the UK Government.

What experience you’ll bring:

We are seeking someone with in-depth experience as a lead architect for successful complex bids (£10m+) within the Public Sector, particularly in the Government domain. Your expertise should span consulting, project, and managed service delivery environments. You must be adept at influencing CxO level relationships, both externally and internally, with a track record of winning business. Your experience should also demonstrate multitasking across multiple bids, clients, and project types. Proficiency in solution architecture, systems integration, healthcare business processes, engineering approaches, Agile techniques, and an awareness of security concepts relevant to the Government domain is essential.
