- Access Digital Channels is the face of the Payments business at J.P. Morgan and delivers the firm’s Payments products and services to our clients. It is the job of the Digital Solutions Specialist (DSS) team to solve holistic integration needs and challenges by harnessing both technical and payments expertise to shape innovative solutions. DSS team provide clients with technical best practice options and recommendations for digitisation, are the catalyst for transformative client experiences and deliver solution-oriented success.
Job Summary
- As a Digital Solutions Specialist in the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Payments Digital Channels Team , you are an integral part of the sales process by supporting the adoption of solutions for clients with complex challenges. Leveraging your technical expertise in specific products and industries, you develop viable Digital Channels solutions that add value to clients, track how clients are using our products, and ensure results are realized.
- The Digital Solutions Specialist serves as a subject matter expert supporting client engagements in the EMEA region and globally across a number of channel functions and disciplines, which includes: client advisory and education; end-to-end client integration requirements, technical solutioning; Request For Proposals (RFP) & Request for Information (RFI) responses; client prototyping and presentations; product demonstrations; thought leadership and research; pricing and sales training.
- In addition, the role will help define strategic client end state, contribute to business case analyses, articulate end-to-end operational efficiencies, and the benefits of digital integration of our broader global core cash solution portfolio.

Job responsibilities
- Expert across digital channels subject matters. , covering Online, Mobile, Host-to-Host, APIs and emerging technologies integration solutions
- Work directly with Treasury Sales Teams, Corporate Bankers and Clients to understand holistic business problems and requirements. Design and deliver efficient and effective multi-channel technical integration recommendations and solutions
- Attend and contribute subject matter expertise and thought leadership to client roundtables, strategy white-boarding and workshops as required
- Support Sales and proposal team in responding to complex Request For Proposals / Information (RFP / RFI) and non-standard information requests
- Support Sales in delivering product demos and best and final solution presentations (online or in-person)
- Training and support to Sales and business partners on new product/channel capabilities
- Feedback from the market to Product Managers including new functionality needs and competitive landscape information
- Partner with product leads across product development lifecycle serving as the voice-of-the-client; assist with concept design, feature development, and preparation for product launch to clients as necessary.
- Contribute input into marketing strategy and communications plans
- Represent organisation at internal and external client conferences and trade shows as required
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Motivated individual with relevant business & technical background and excellent problem solving & communication skills.
- Demonstrate a considerable level of experience & knowledge of Treasury, Cash Management or technical Product management oriented roles with specific emphasis on Treasury and Finance (AP and AR) related landscapes
- Demonstrate extensive payments industry knowledge and strong experience of related digital channels, Online, Mobile, Host-to-Host, APIs and emerging technologies expertise and experience in latest technical standards across payments and cash management domains (e.g. JSON, ISO 20022, SWIFT, etc.)
- Knowledge of Finance and Banking integration aspects of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and other Fintech platforms in the corporate banking space a significant advantage; working knowledge of both legacy / on-premise and latest cloud variants of SAP and Oracle ERP platforms (finance and treasury applications context) preferred
- Proven executive management presentation skills and experience leading technology demonstrations, including ability to pitch at the CFO level
- Understand, evaluate and articulate customer needs and turn requirements into actionable solutions
- Driver of strong working relationships with clients, colleagues and cross-functional partners
- Organizational, time management and planning skills

- Hold a relevant degree and / or able to demonstrate relevant experience
- Travel will be required. Subject to prevailing environment, moderate EMEA travel is anticipated to support a regional sales territory
