Job description: Based in Surrey with flexible working, this role will be leading the procurement (sourcing) across a range of food and beverage categories for a fast paced hospitality business. You will work with a range of internal stakeholders and build long term relationships with global suppliers.
- Leading the procurement strategy for various food products.
- Build internal relationships with NPD, Finance, Marketing and Operations.
- Source new products based on new trends in the markets.
- Build long term relationships with global suppliers.
- Manage and negotiate new contracts with suppliers.

- 4+ years of procurement experience in the food or FMCG industry
- Strong relationship building skills.
- The ability to manage and prioritise simultaneous projects
- Strong communication skills
