Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and their contact information within the Spanish and Portuguese speaking markets.
- Initiate contact with potential clients through various communication channels (phone, email, social media) to generate leads.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs, interests, and potential fit for our products/services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both Spanish and Portuguese languages (verbal and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to effectively explain complex concepts in a simple and concise manner.
- Ability to identify target audience and customize messaging accordingly.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive and independent work style.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets and deadlines.
