We are seeking to appoint a Specialist Teaching and Learning Assistant (EYFS) to join the team at Barrow Hill Primary Academy.

We are looking for a member of staff who is well organised, enjoy working with children and who are able to challenge, motivate and foster independence.

We expect the successful candidate to have:

  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
  • The ability to effectively manage workloads within agreed performance frameworks
