Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Sport/Gym Lecturer to join our team at DN Colleges Group. As a Sport/Gym Lecturer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students enrolled in sport and fitness-related programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively as part of one or more curriculum teams, undertaking specific duties as assigned and in consultation with other staff members.
- Attend and actively contribute to regular area meetings, ensuring effective program management and meeting targets and deadlines.
- Engage in recruitment and marketing activities, conduct student interviews, and foster relationships with the wider community in alignment with college strategies.
- Demonstrate flexibility by working evenings and weekends as required to support student needs and program requirements.
- Motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential by fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
