You will be responsible for driving standardisation and continuous improvement in systems, processes and business operations to achieve sales objectives. You will also support insights driven decision making by driving adoption of analytical resources into sales users’ daily operations.Please note that this is a hybrid role, with 2-days per week required onsite in Cambridge, UK. - Coordinates efforts related to dashboard design, user enablement, including support resources, engagement and training events
- Provides ongoing system & sales support
- Proactively communicate best practices, change notices, and announcements to the sales staff and sales leadership
- Ownership of regional Commissions queries due diligence and process ownership
- Facilitate the Enterprise Territory Management process for territory change management including oversight of decision making and recommendations on redesign execution
- Coordinates with global and regional sales training to ensure effective content delivery to sales, sales management, and sales support personnel
- Participates in regional/global projects relating to process improvement and/or system implementation as a subject matter expert
- Supports content creation/development for internal Sales Operations site
- Represents Europe Sales Operations on cross functional activities
- Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement
- Partner with internal resources to manage suite of Prospecting Tools to support top of funnel sales activity
- Drive adoption of new commercial resources/tools through end user education, training and on-boarding
- Advise sales users on how to best leverage reporting to drive actionable insights
- Ensure sales team alignment to sales processes, policies and procedures
- Provide User Acceptance Testing support for new CRM functionalities roll out, business requirements for future enhancements, user training support for enhancement roll outs & user feedback
- Fosters close, cooperative relationships with peer leaders, sales management, and sales and support personnel

- Strong sales, financial and analytical background with attention to detail
- Demonstrated proficiency managing analytically rigorous initiatives
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and communicate across all levels of the organization to execute mutually beneficial solutions
- Effectively and concisely communicates complex topics with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work in team settings, and work independently when required
- Self-guided in identification, prioritization and execution of deliverables and projects
- Ability to work under pressure to targets or deadlines
- Ability to effectively lead, plan and execute on plans for process improvement
- Ability to evaluate solutions from both a near term and long-term perspective
- Ability to position initiatives, decisions, and outcomes to diverse audiences Ability to influence cross functionally and solve complex problems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, embrace change, and innovate in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent computer skills – proficient with Microsoft Office and diagramming software (e.g. Lucidchart, Visio)
- Experience working with Salesforce.com and IBM Planning Analytics is a plus
- Previous experience within a client or customer facing role (e.g. sales, sales operations, customer service or commercial support) is preferred.
