The influential public sector innovation and learning partnership, iNetwork, is seeking an inspirational Stakeholder Engagement Manager to lead its Information security and Information Governance programme entitled “Effective Information Sharing and Security” (EISS) alongside other iNetwork activities.

iNetwork supports and works with a wide variety of public sector, not for profit and commercial organisations across the country and with Government at many levels.

The Stakeholder Engagement Manager’s role would be to lead delivery of the EISS programme: identifying leading practice, brokering support between organisations and engaging with national activities on behalf of iNetwork members on the subject of cyber security, information governance and related matters of interest to the EISS community.

A critical part of the role will be setting up a variety of events and producing digital communications to facilitate the sharing of expertise and knowledge. The Stakeholder Engagement Manager would have responsibility for the EISS programme and report to the Network Leadership Group for EISS which is currently chaired by The Guinness Partnership. The role would be supported by the Director and the iNetwork programme office team.

The role would suit an ambitious individual who has great people skills, with the ability to bring people together and facilitate knowledge exchange. It is desirable for the Stakeholder Engagement Manager with responsibility of the EISS programme to have an understanding of the key themes within the programme which includes: information governance, data protection, cyber resilience, security compliance, and cyber security. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they can communicate and manage communications effectively, be knowledgeable about the security and governance of information in public services, can lead effectively, and demonstrate good judgement.
