Quest Search & Selection are partnering with this luxury multi-brand retail business that prides itself with working with some of the largest, global branded & own label Beauty, Fashion & Home.

The objective of this position is to work within in the store design team and looking after the fit-out of various projects.

The roles and responsibilities of Store Design planner – London: * Executing the design outcomes for Store Development Projects and collaborating with project teams and external agencies to create compelling products that captivate our consumers.

  • Enhance in-store customer experience by conceiving innovative concepts and introducing new shoplift elements.
  • Direct collaboration with Project Teams, Designers, and External Manufacturing Partners is crucial to delivering a refreshed customer experience.
  • Understanding and delivering Retail Operations by establishing robust relationships with key retail partners.
  • Drive efficiencies across projects to improve both customer and staff environments.
  • Engage with internal Retail stakeholders for efficient new store setups.
  • Coordinate programs, participate in site visits, and collaborate with manufacturing partners.
  • Oversee the Project Review Process, conduct Development reviews, and deliver brand objectives.
  • Consolidate feedback to communicate in-store changes and returns on investment, considering short-, mid-, and long-term commercial goals.
  • Monitor project implementation to ensure alignment with Group objectives for overall efficiency improvement.

To be successful in this Store Design planner – London: * 3 years + Retail Design/shop fitting & project management experience

  • Experience with working with store design, construction, external contractors, retail operations and internal commercial stakeholders
  • Knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of project management and project management tools
  • Ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise work schedule for self and work within agreed timescales
  • Experience using AutoCad, Revit and Microsoft Project (desirable)
  • Have worked in a head office environment and happy with expensed UK travel – you will be office based either in London or the Midlands and travelling regularly to different stores.
  • Full valid driving license
