Job description: I’m currently working with a global Lloyd’s Broker on the appointment of a Strategy Manager in London. The role will align to their specialty business and will be responsible for facilitating growth initiatives and developing and executing development plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define aspirations and short to medium-term goals for each practice.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across practices, functions (Finance, Data, HR, M&A), and regions.
- Lead project teams, manage budgets, and ensure timely decision-making.
- Contribute to strategic direction by defining vision and internal capabilities for long-term growth.
- Assist in various strategic and execution activities such as Global Gatherings, market deep-dives, talent mapping, and M&A projects.
It’s essential you have previous experience within the Insurance market, ideally within a Strategy capacity.
