Student Advisor at St Mary’s University, Twickenham

Hours: 21.6 per week (0.6FTE)

Term: 12 months temporary contract

St Mary’s Students’ Union Advice Service provides free, confidential and impartial advice to St Mary’s University students. As the Student Advisor, you will provide expert advice, guidance and representation for students on a range of issues related to their academic studies, misconduct, student accommodation and money management.

We are looking for someone who has a knowledge of Higher Education and principles of a confidential advice service. You will ideally have experience working in a Students’ Union or similar role, have experience in data collection and demonstrate strong communication, organisational and customer service skills.
