We are seeking a confident and outgoing person who prides themselves on delivering a high-quality customer experience through friendly, empathetic problem solving.
About the role
Based at our Penn Street campus, you will be the initial point of contact for students and visitors, providing a warm welcome and directing them to classrooms, event spaces, or meeting rooms. This position involves handling student queries and undertaking various administrative tasks assigned by the Student Experience Manager or Registrar. It includes responsively addressing phone calls from students, offering comprehensive support throughout their inquiries, and taking ownership of each query until resolution.
