Job Description

Bristol Old Vic Theatre School is seeking an experienced marketing professional to support student recruitment on 6-month fixed-term basis. The role holder will plan, implement and evaluate marketing campaigns across the Theatre School’s full portfolio of training courses, including Higher Education degree programmes at both undergraduate and postgraduate level, short courses, and youth programmes.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in a range of core marketing competencies including copywriting, email marketing, content generation and preferably have events management experience. Experience of marketing within a higher education context would be advantageous but candidates from other sectors with evidence of managing lead generation and conversion campaigns are also invited to apply.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, dynamic and supportive team who lead in telling the School’s world-class story to a range of external audiences. The successful candidate will play an instrumental role in the School meeting its recruitment objectives in an increasingly competitive environment. You will be comfortable working across a varied project portfolio each month and will be excited by the prospect of working in a fast-paced environment where each week brings new challenges and opportunities.
