JOB DECRIPTION
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Subject Leader in Education to join our vibrant, collaborative, creative academic community in the School of Education and lead on all aspects of our external collaborations and partnerships with national and international partners.
About the Role
Working closely with the Executive Dean and Vice Provost, the Deputy Head of School, the Network for Learning Manager and other Subject Leaders within the School of Education, you will play significant role in the success of the School, in the development and delivery of a new and existing applied curriculum, and in making this visible internally and externally. You will support the strategic growth of our diverse portfolio of courses, including undergraduate and postgraduate awards and non-traditional short courses. As Subject Leader, you will oversee our existing partner provision, provide support to a team of Link Tutors and work with other Subject Leaders to share the line management and development of academic staff in the School. Your leadership will be informed by research and current developments in the discipline of Education.

You will have experience in developing collaborative provision to consistently provide high-quality curriculum for students in a range of diverse contexts. As a forward-looking leader, you will anticipate change and be able to combine strategic thinking with operational management to support our partners in achieving the highest possible outcomes.
