Role: Survey Process Admin Assistant

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Survey Process Admin Assistant to process and report survey data collected on site at a major water framework at Welsh Water

Main purpose of role

To process survey data collected on site

To report the data collected in the required format

To submit Access to Assets forms in a timely manner

Key Aims & Objectives:

  • Accurately process survey data using technical software including; Innovyze InfoAsset
  • Produce reports in a variety of formats
  • Manage Microsoft Excel databases
  • Control the upload and download of drawings to and from MS Sharepoint platform
  • Take responsibility for data archiving and storage

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the timely submission of Access to Assets forms (AF01) to Welsh Water to allow surveys to take place across both Water and Wastewater businesses
  • Managing Excel databases of various surveyed assets for regular submission to Welsh Water
  • Manage the flow of construction documentation from Welsh Water Sharepoint to MS Construction Sites
  • Processing manhole cards
  • Scanning plans and drawings.
  • Editing photos
  • Producing a variety of reports; including recurring monthly reports, to stand-alone reports
  • Using DCWW mapping system to produce survey plans
  • Assist the Survey Manager, Survey Co-Ordinator and Compliance Officer with ad-hoc administration requests

You will:

  • Have a good general education
  • Be computer literate, MS Office and MS Sharepoint experience essential
  • Give attention to detail
  • Ability to concentrate
  • Ability to work independently
  • Have good communication skills
  • Take pride in producing high quality data reports
  • Have a full driving license
