We are recruiting a Teacher of Aviation Engineering to join us based at our client, Rolls Royce, in their state-of-the-art Learning Development Centre. Within this role you will be pivotal to the success of the apprenticeship provision the College supplies to Rolls Royce while working within a vibrant team. Through the delivery of engaging teaching, learning and assessment, you will ensure apprentices gain an in depth understanding of subjects such as;
- Principles of Aerodynamics and the Theory of Flight
- Human Factors and Performance in Aviation
- Further Engineering Mathematics
About you
You’ll have industry experience within the aviation sector and a degree or HNC/D in the subject. We are looking for someone with great interpersonal skills, and a desire to share their knowledge and experience with the next generation of aviation engineers.
Not a qualified teacher? No problem: you can start your teaching career with us! Pass on your industry skills to our students and get trained in-house.

- You must be committed to obtaining the appropriate qualification within 2 years
