Teaching Associate in Farm Animal Practice at University of Nottingham
Job Description
The University of Nottingham, School of Veterinary Medicine and Science wishes to expand its farm animal team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development of future veterinary surgeons and teaching by sharing your knowledge and experience to ensure competence and inspire life-long learning.
Based at the Sutton Bonington Campus, you will contribute to clinical training of final year veterinary students. Depending on the successful candidate and on operational need, the role may also involve contributing to the School’s clinical services to clinical associate practices. Additionally, you will participate in teaching delivery across the earlier years of the integrated curriculum. You will have a veterinary qualification suitable for clinical practice in the UK and experience of working in clinical farm animal practice and technical competence in farm animal medicine.
The School has a diverse range of research activities, facilities and equipment to support an enquiring mind. Collaboration with research teams will be encouraged.
This is a permanent, full-time post (36.25 hours). Arrangements for job share would be considered.
