Team Leader in A Level Art & Photography at Bury College
Job Description
We are now welcoming applications for a Team Leader in A Level Art & Photography on a Full or Part time, permanent basis.
The main duties of this position will be to lead on curriculum design and development of A Level Art & Photography. As a Team Leader, you will monitor performance of the course and instigate action plans as appropriate
Joining us as a Team Leader you must deliver excellent and inclusive teaching and learning in the classroom to inspire learners to succeed and progress. You will integrate appropriate and inspirational curriculum resources including Information Learning Technology (ILT) into lessons and plan delivery so that schemes of work, lesson plans, high-quality formative and summative assessments support achievement.
About You
Educated to degree level or equivalent in an Art or Photography course, you must have experience of successful teaching (or teaching practice for ECT’s) in Art or Photography and hold a teaching qualification or professional recognition in learning and skills.
The role requires an individual with the ability to deliver exceptional teaching and learning and inspire, motivate and engage a range of learners. Capable of producing effective schemes of work and lesson plans, you should demonstrate a background of inclusive and challenging teaching strategies to meet learners’ individual needs.
