- Reviewing technical records for completeness and accuracy to ensure all information is available for the teardown process.
- Coordinating and managing the aircraft teardown process, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations.
- Monitoring component receipt to ensure correct booking of part/serial numbers and prompt resolution of any issues.
- Creating and distributing complete mini-packs from technical records on all assets, maintaining them in the appropriate location.
- Providing technical evaluations of assets to support aircraft modeling and pricing.
- Evaluating and optimizing teardown process performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Managing technical reviews on MA/Customer projects and coordinating technical major asset programs with customers and projects as needed.
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimize the teardown process and maximize asset value.
About you
- With previous experience in similar roles, you bring a proven track record of efficiently managing aircraft teardowns and material management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Your familiarity with aviation regulations ensures compliance at every stage of the process. You’re willing to travel as necessary to assess airframes and evaluate the financial implications of teardowns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software tools empowers you to streamline operations and manage data effectively. Your strong project management skills enable you to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks with ease.
- A detail-oriented approach to problem-solving ensures accuracy and precision in all your endeavors. Your commitment to excellence drives continuous process optimization and maximizes asset value.
