Job description: SC Cleared Technical Business Analyst needed with strong Identity and Access Management experience for an excellent career opportunity based in Andover, Hampshire. Although you must be flexible in visiting other sites i.e. Reading when required.Working remotely on a hybrid basis with 2-3 days/week on site in Andover. Start ideally in March/ April 2024. SC Clearance is required. Public Sector experience is highly advantageous.A Chance to Work With a Leading Digital Transformation Business Delivering Large-scale, Long-term IT Projects for the Public Sector.Key Skills, experience + tasks will include:

  • Must offer strong experience in Identity and Access management (IDAM).
  • Working with Lead Business Analyst who will oversee all requirements and deliverables being produced to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations,
  • Experienced with working in Agile teams and within public sector (GDS) desired.
  • Support, promote and facilitate SAFe (Agile) ways of working across the team.
  • Working beside developers, producing user stories & assist with the mapping of stories.
  • Flag identified dependencies to Solution Architect and Project Managers on migration paths options, High-level feasibility – Understand complex technical architecture and ensure the proposed solutions are aligned
  • Gather requirements, Analysis, Process Design, User Story creation for topics such as:

Customer Experience / User Journey and Self-service tools for managers and end users, including password recovery.Access Management processes (request, approve, review, revoke). Identity lifecycle (joiner, mover, leaver) and Contractor registration.

  • Identify and engage with a wide range of end user teams, managing stakeholder expectations in line with guidance from the Project Team and Product Owners
