Job description: We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst (BA) with strong organizational and planning skills and proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a high level of motivation and a self-starting attitude, with the ability to collaborate with product, delivery and engineering teams. The ideal candidate should have experience and be comfortable to work with a diverse multi-cultural remote team.
What you’ll be doing:
● You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, designers,
and stakeholders, to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of deliverables.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop
comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies.
● Work with the Tribe Lead to assign tasks, set priorities, and manage workload distribution to
optimize team performance.
● Partner with product owners/SMEs to define & refine acceptance criteria
● Partner with developers on reviewing user stories for understanding and scoring
What you’ll need to be successful:
● Experience as Business Analyst in Financial Service Industry/Banking Industry
● Strong experience in requirements engineering. Able to perform user story preparation,
determine workflow, and give recommendations on process enhancements and system
upgrades.
● Proven knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies including SAFe, Kanban and scrim
as well as traditional waterfall methodologies
● Familiarity with Java
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with technical understanding
● Solid business analysis skills to elicit and document requirement
● Solid communication skills to liaise with the business stakeholder and the technical team
● Clear understanding of software development cycle

● Experience and comfortable to work with remote team and multi-national and multi-cultural
team.
● Able to meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks
● Able to prioritize your own task, and identify potential risk in early stage
● Fluent in English (written and verbal)
