Job description: The Technical & Design Manager will be responsible for the delivery of a multi-unit, super prime residential project in West London. This role demands a highly skilled individual with a strong background in construction and high levels of attention to detail, specifically within the super prime market.
- Oversee consultant appointment and design development
- Manage design budget and fees
- Coordinate with external consultants and suppliers to deliver high quality technical information
- Undertake change requests as relevant for bespoke elements to individual units
- Lead design team meetings and interactions with the build team to ensure the highest standards of finish
- Ensure all statutory compliance for sign-off and handover of the units

- A design background (architecture, engineering, etc)
- Proven developer or main contractor experience
- A background in delivering super prime residential projects through construction
- High attention to detail and an eye for ensuring quality finishes

- An salary range of £65,000 – £80,000 per annum depending on experience
