As a valued Technical Services Engineer, you will collaborate directly with the Technical Manager within a close-knit team of technical experts. Your role will be pivotal in our technical operations, encompassing the critical tasks of reviewing and maintaining on-wing aircraft component performance while implementing cost-effective control techniques. The overarching objective is to enhance business profitability through your analytical prowess, technical expertise, and industry knowledge.

What you will be doing
- Cultivate strong relationships with vendors and customers to enhance business line profitability.
- Expertly identify and communicate technical considerations during commercial and customer discussions and negotiations.
- Ensure rigorous enforcement of regulations, fostering awareness across all sections of the business.
- Vigilantly monitor the on-wing performance of aircraft components.
- Offer support for internal technical inquiries, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Identify opportunities for optimizing direct maintenance cost per flight hour performance, including evaluating and proposing investments in reliability improvements.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of removal data and generate reliability reports for customers. Represent the company in Engineering Meetings with a focus on effective communication and collaboration.
About you
- Value engineering or Airline experience, demonstrating a practical understanding of industry intricacies.
- Thorough knowledge of aircraft systems and component reliability, showcasing your expertise in the aviation domain.
- Strong commercial awareness is advantageous, though not mandatory, underscoring the flexibility and inclusivity of our approach.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team, emphasizing your commitment to fostering a cooperative and productive work environment.
- Proficiency in problem-solving techniques, highlighting your analytical skills and ability to navigate complex challenges.
