This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Technical Support Analyst to join a leading medical equipment manufacturing company that will allow you to develop your technical, product, and customer support skills and progress within a well-established business.
This company are market leaders in medical equipment manufacturing and providing healthcare and life science solutions. They have a global presence are now looking to grow out their new office in the United Kingdom.
In this varied role you will be responsible for providing 1st line technical and product support to customers globally, help to troubleshoot and provide solutions for customer issues, maintaining accurate record keeping, and dispatch product parts when necessary.
The ideal candidate will have some experience in a similar role or a strong academic background and an interest to develop these skills. You will have good knowledge of technical troubleshooting, dealing with various stakeholders and good attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

- Demonstrated knowledge of Technical Product Support.

- Commutable to Salisbury or willing to relocate.
