The Role – Technical Support Engineer, Electrical Industrial Systems

Following expansion this market leading company now seeks to recruit a technically motivated and customer focused Technical Support Engineer, responsible for:

  • Providing 2nd line technical support over the phone and via email to customers throughout the UK on faults on industrial water treatment products
  • Carrying out site visits as necessary to resolve technical issues

Your Background – Technical Support Engineer, Electrical Industrial Systems

Suitable candidates for this exciting role will need to demonstrate:

  • A background working as a service engineer or a technical support engineer on industrial water treatment systems
  • NVQ or higher in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering
  • A full UK driving licence
