You will join an experienced team with expertise in providing reliable support and top-tier customer service.Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to resolve various IT issues, not limited to Microsoft 365 environments.
- Deploy and maintain Office/Microsoft 365 and Azure AD environments, ensuring smooth operations.
- Maintain advanced Microsoft 365 Services.
- Manage On-Premise and Azure Active Directory environments, including Group Policies.
- Administer and configure Intune for device management and application deployment. (Desirable)
- Coordinate departmental workloads and provide leadership and guidance as a Microsoft 365 expert.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support applications and environments.
- Perform routine network maintenance in Microsoft environments and escalate issues as needed.
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.
- Provide customer support via calls, emails, and remote access, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Assist with setting up email and phone system solutions based on customer requirements.
- Install new systems at customer sites and liaise with vendor support teams as necessary.
- Update customer knowledge base with relevant information.
- Knowledge of Exclaimer (advantageous but not necessary)
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Clear and concise telephone manner.
- Ability to learn quickly and work well in a team.
- Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate good technical knowledge.
- Previous experience in IT support, particularly with Office 365.
- Driving licence (Clean)
- Willing to travel
- Work additional hours as required to meet SLA.
