The Role

The School of Arts and Cultures is looking for a professional and enthusiastic Technician to lead on and provide comprehensive technical support to students and colleagues within Journalism and across the Media, Culture, Heritage (MCH) subject area. The post-holder will have responsibility for providing inductions and training on specialist equipment and facilities, including health and safety responsibility.

You will have a detailed knowledge of video and audio production as outlined in the essential requirements below, as well as knowledge of contemporary media and journalism practices, including video production and podcasts.
