The Application Process:
Role Registration: January
Phone screening call with Early Talent Acquisition team: Jan-Feb
Online Assessment Afternoon: Multiple dates in February

What you’ll do:
Client work: you will join Avanade’s live project teams to gain experience consulting with our people and clients on market leading technology solutions.
Technical training: we provide a bespoke graduate training programmes. This is us investing in you to provide exposure across the technologies our people and clients work with.
Communications Training: we help develop the consultancy skills you need to grow as a professional, technology consultant or (if you want to be), a leader.
Developing your career through industry qualifications: your learning will be reviewed through group work and hackathons. You can expect to complete 3 Microsoft certifications within the first 12 months of your role bringing you quickly up to a certified professional level.
Career Advisors: Every Avanade employee is assigned a Career Advisor (who you will meet weekly) and a buddy to support throughout your career at Avanade, these people help you grow your network!

- Willingness to develop excellent communications that will set you up to become strong client facing technology consultant.
- Aptitude and willingness to learn more about Microsoft technologies, including but not limited to: Azure / DevOps/ O365 | Python | Java or C++ | UML | Cloud Technologies | AGILE and SCRUM methodologies.
- Flexibility to work on different projects and open to possible travel to client locations (within stipulated radius).
About you:
- You are a student graduating in 2024 with full right to work in the UK.
- You will graduate with an BA, BSc or MSc, 2:2 or above by June 2024.
- You will provide certificates for completion of your degree.

Salary:
Competitive £30,000 salary complemented by an extensive benefits package including £2,000 sign on bonus and discretionary individual and company bonus.
- You will be expected to be in the Newcastle office or at client site 3 days per week in person.
- Avanade offers hybrid working arrangements, (training and project dependent). Our people are empowered good work while having a good life.
- Role looks for flexibility to work on different projects and openness to possible travel to client locations (within stipulated radius).
