Role overview:

As a Technology Consulting Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering product-centric solutions to our clients. You will facilitate and drive the alignment of strategic goals and objectives with decisions regarding all layers of the Solutions: Business, Information, Application and Technology. You will be working on your own or part of a team delivering a contractual solution, providing expert client-side consultancy, mentoring, design authority project delivery or acting as a “trusted advisor” and/or “subject matter expert” to clients and internal teams alike. Your relationships will run from CxO management level through to programme management, project development and support team. You will be managing the client and generating new business opportunities. Responsibilities:

• Deliver class leading product solutions to our customers & realise business outcomes by leveraging architecture & technology
• Driving the product architecture direction and strategy; definition and delivery of the technical aspects of the projects, to include timely production of architectural designs and documentation
• Assist clients in understanding the benefits of a properly product centric solution and the approaches and methods involved
• Taking end-to-end responsibility for the product definition and realisation through the project delivery lifecycle
• Manage the business development activities within a client; Support / Manage the delivery of proposals through the shaping and designing solution architectures/strategies for Glue Reply. Manage strong long-term business relationships and accounts
• Develop and grow the Product delivery function at Glue and assist in the development of Glue Reply intellectual property, achieving this by working as part of a multi-disciplinary team using the appropriate frameworks

About the candidate:

• You have completed a Bachelor’s degree (2.1 or higher) in Computer Science or in a Technology-related or Business, Management-related fields
• 8+ years of experience in delivering solutions in a DevOps environment, demonstrating a good working knowledge of DevOps technologies; delivering solutions using Agile methodology, tooling and processes
• Demonstrates and maintains a broad knowledge of technology solutions which include security, data management and cloud.
• Experience working with Product Owners, BA’s and UX to define a deliverable project scope while utilising the agile methodology & utilise a high degree of autonomy in delivering outcomes that exceed client expectations
• Demonstrable ability to develop relationships and quickly, build a rapport with key stakeholders & utilise exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization
• Product delivery planning including; MVP scope and design as well as product launch experience including working with early adopters, test users, security and support team
• Proven track record with people management that is aimed at developing the team and its capabilities within Glue Reply
