Trowbridge – Wiltshire – Dual SiteCompass Associates are representing a well respected private healthcare organisation in their search for a dual-site Clinical Services Manager, to lead their minor surgery team across Wiltshire. The position will be hybrid working, with a combination of working between the 2 sitesWorking closely with the Chief Nurse, the Theatre Manager will provide high profile leadership to the theatre teams. Supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care during the patient pathway and determine the changes or actions needed where the care our patients receive can be improved and address any areas of poor compliance with required CQC standards.Requirements-Clinical background – Registered General Nurse or ODP
– Theatre Experience
-Clinical management or leadership experience
– Experience in Ophthalmology and other minor ops
– Great Communication Skills
-Experience preparing a service for CQC inspections
-Clinical governance, compliance, policies and procedures and quality within an acute healthcare setting.Why work for us?
