Working Hours: Permanent, full-time. Some evening and weekend work may be required if attendance is needed at shows – including some national and international travel.
Role Description
Working within VIP Nation International you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the finance side of the business supporting the team needs in delivering and planning events. You will be working alongside the event organisers to develop VIP concepts and products to enhance the fan experience and generate revenue for the artist, festival, or rights holder.

Who you are
Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
- ACCA or CIMA (or equivalent) part qualified studier with strong accounting knowledge
- Demonstrable experience within an accounting role
- Excellent numeracy skills with exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in using Excel at a high level
- Strong organisational skills and a proven ability to multi-task, prioritise, manage task and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of UK/European VAT and WHT application
- Knowledge of Oracle
- Ability to liaise directly with tour directors and tour managers/agents during settlement process
- Experience and in-depth knowledge of tour finance and working therefore

What the role includes
- Prepare monthly event financial forecasts for VIP Nation International Touring
- Prepare variance analysis and highlight any issues where required
- Weekly International touring reporting/tracking
- Assist in the preparation of touring budgets across the International markets
- Settlement of all International touring activity, attending events where necessary
- Prepare final reconciliation of GL to settlements on tour/show completion
- Process artist payments ensuring withholding tax accurately applied
- Reconcile show revenue to ticket audits and manage internal payment systems
- Reconcile purchase orders to any supplier invoices and deal with relevant queries and track all costings
- Review and submit invoices to specific projects and GL accounts, and allocate costs as needed
- Approval of show expenses, tour floats and on-site expenditure and reconciliation to settlement
- Manage and oversee ATA tour duties and workload
- Assist chasing outstanding debtors ensuring artist fees have been paid
- Liaising with internal finance (AP, AR, mgmt. accounts) as well as VIPN depts to ensure costs and income is accounted for correctly, raising any discrepancies
- Journaling relevant transactions between both Domestic and International projects
