Job description: Trade Counter Advisor (Construction)Swadlincote£25,000 – £29,000 + Progression + Training+ Quarterly Performance bonus + WFH 2 Days a Week + Company benefitsAre you a Trade Counter Assistant from a Construction environment looking to co-ordinate and manage some of the largest bespoke construction projects in the UK with full training, progression routes to be a project manager, a quarterly bonus, autonomy and the option for regular work from home?This company are market leaders in the construction industry and are well known for the training, progression, and bonuses they offer. The business is continuing to grow at a rapid pace. The role will require someone experienced in the construction industry to be the point of contact between clients and project stakeholders on the specialist projects.There is constant investment in people and products which means you will work in an energetic and busy environment in an open plan office with a strong culture for continuous learning.The company require someone experienced in the construction industry with great communication and customer-facing skills.The Role:
- Monitor projects
- Customer and Client interaction
- Working closely with Engineers, Architects, Detailers, Designers.
- Full training
- Flexible office hours
The Person:
- Experience working in a Construction or Engineering company
- Communication and customer facing skills
- Full UK driving licence
