Job title: Trainee Internal Technical Sales Representative

Main duties & responsibilities

• 3d presentation designer incorporating technical sales administration T(A)3PD+TSA.
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their enquiries and advise on item selection including, products, components and controls.
• Upsell where possible.
• Advise on installation and installation requirements.
• Advise on product operation.
• Undergo training on main stream architectural software.
• Produce 3d images of our product offerings in the clients required application with full written description.
• Produce wiring diagrams.
• Assist director where possible.
• Communicate with relevant departments on stock availability.
• Process orders to be confirmed by ITSR.
• New product introduction.
• Liaise with laboratories.
• Follow all Quality Control guidelines set by the Company.
• Follow the requirements of the Company’s ISO Procedure.
• Follow the Company’s Health and Safety Policy, work instructions and safe systems of work.
• Other sales related duties, which may arise from time to time.

Post Requirements

• Basic computer literacy.
• Good eye for detail.
• Ability to hold concentration whilst working in a fast moving, open plan environment.
• Confident telephone manner.
• Willing to learn the technical details of the product range sold.
• Reliable.
• Flexible.
• Smart appearance.
