Job Description

Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week) usual working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 – flexibility required to support out-of-hours training and events.

The Training and Conference Officer will sit within the Education and Training Division at Anna Freud, which provides a wide range of learning opportunities for people in the sphere of mental health, from short courses, events, diplomas and post-graduate courses. The post-holders will join a friendly and supportive Training, Conferences and Events team, and will also work closely with colleagues from across the Clinical Division and Anna Freud more broadly by working on a programme/s of activity, helping to administer and coordinate our trainings and events.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment where they have supported the administration or organisation of events or trainings and understand the logistics involved to deliver these successfully. They will have strong organisational skills and good communication skills for liaising with a wide range of stakeholders.

Location

Hybrid working (a mixture of onsite and home/remote working). Staff are working onsite for at least 20% of their working hours, either at our London site (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH) or our Northern Hub (Huckletree, The Express Building, 9 Great Ancoats Street, Manchester M4 5AD).
