You will produce and oversee the MiFID Transaction Reporting (RTS22) submissions, as well as supporting the team with other regulatory submissions (MiFID Trade reporting, EMIR, SFTR, etc) and any new transaction based regulatory reporting as and when required in the future.What you will be doingResponsibility for the daily production, delivery and oversight of RLAM’s MiFID Transaction Reporting BAU submissionsUndertake the associated BAU assurance activities in collaboration with compliance and RLAM’s assurance partner.Carry out remediation work as required where issues are identified across processes and reporting.Review the existing reporting processes and control framework to identify enhancements and opportunities for continuous improvement.Identify and deliver necessary reporting process change to maintain compliance with an evolving regulatory reporting and business change environment.Participate in internal and external audits and regulatory inspections in relation to the firms’ reporting obligations.What you bringKnowledge of MiFID Transaction reporting obligations, relevant instruments, reporting technical standards and associated industry guidance2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar rolePrior experience in regulatory assurance / QA activities is an advantage.Prior experience of MiFID reporting solutions is an advantage.Demonstrable expertise in data analysis techniques, problem solving, root-cause analysis and clear communication of conclusions to senior management.Experience of working within a regulatory driven agenda and assessing regulatory impacts to the business and OperationsOperating across businesses and functions, such as Compliance, Legal, Technology and the Business with demonstrable negotiation, influencing and relationship management skillsCommunication skills and effective stakeholder managementWhat we offer youA multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunitiesA broad range of professional education and personal development possibilities – FIS is your final career step!A competitive salary and company benefitsThe chance to work on some of the most challenging, relevant issues in financial services & technologyA work environment built on collaboration, flexibility and respect.Privacy StatementFIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
