Responsibilities

Trilingual Customer Support Advisor (French/German/Dutch)
Salary: Up to £30,000 pa (Depending on experience)
Location: London

*Office based – Monday to Friday*
*Full time permanent position*
*Full training provided*

Main Duties:
To provide outstanding customer service to a large portfolio of clients

The Role:
– Respond to enquiries via telephone, email or live chat
– Provide customers with product information and quotes
– Answer queries regarding lead times, invoicing and stock
– Order processing
– Follow up on outstanding enquires ensuring any further info is provided
– Monitor lead times and deliveries
– Translating as needed

Candidate’s Profile

– Fluent in EITHER Dutch and German OR Dutch and French OR French and German( written and spoken ) essential
– Experience in customer service beneficial
– Excellent communication skills
– Confident, dynamic and willing to learn
– IT literate

Salary

Up to £30,000 pa (Depending on experience)
