Job description: Aviation Recruitment experts Optime are searching for an experienced Turnaround Coordinator to join a well-respected and successful client in Gatwick Airport.

PLEASE NOTE: APPLICANTS MUST HOLD A FULL VALID UK DRIVING LICENCE.
Confirmed start dates:
- 8th April 2024 – 3 weeks paid training.
Key Duties:
- Ensure a secure and efficient aircraft turnaround process, managing all aspects from arrival to departure with a focus on safety and effectiveness.
- Thoroughly complete all necessary paperwork associated with the aircraft turnaround, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant protocols.
- Maintain strict adherence to both airline and airport policies, guaranteeing compliance at all times.
- Consistently provide exceptional customer service to passengers, aiming to exceed expectations and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers effectively during disruptions, demonstrating problem-solving skills and a commitment to resolving issues promptly.
- Establish effective communication and collaboration with third-party suppliers, fostering positive relationships and ensuring seamless coordination of services.
Shifts:
The Airport is operational 7 days per week and candidates will be working on a 5 on 3 off rolling rota. This could be subject to change!
An example of the shift hours:
- Day 1: 0500 till 1425
- Day 2: 0530 till 1455
- Day 3: 0500 till 1530
- Day 4: 1435 till 0000
- Day 5: 1335 till 2330

Requirements:
- Full Manual Driving Licence
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly and accurately react to any given situation.
- Work well as part of a team, and as an individual.
- Have a Right to Work in the UK.
- Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check (CRC)
