Vacancy: Business Development Executive

FT/PT: Part-time c. 20 hours per week, opportunity to become full-time with growth

Contract Term: Permanent

Hours: Flexible around role requirements, usual daily attendance Monday – Friday

UNIP is a thriving science and innovation community, home to 40 businesses and organizations. Our mission is to bridge the gap between academia and corporate sectors, fostering innovation and enterprise.

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in generating new business and nurturing key customer relationships within our innovation-focused property portfolio. Your day-to-day activities will include prospecting through various channels, managing inbound inquiries, achieving occupancy and revenue targets, and collaborating with marketing for targeted campaigns.

We’re looking for individuals with a knack for building strong relationships, adaptability, and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in delivering top-notch customer service in commercial environments, along with a background in sales and business development is essential. If you have experience in commercial negotiations, the ability to structure deals, and identify strategic opportunities, we want to hear from you.
