Veterinary Surgeon (Lecturer) in Exotics and Primary Care
Job Description
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic clinician as a Veterinary Surgeon in our small animal first-opinion, primary care practice, in Liverpool.
This full-time post gives you an exciting opportunity to take a role in the clinical development, service provision and teaching in a first-class small animal primary care teaching practice. The particular focus is on supporting the already successful exotic pet species (small mammals, birds, aquatic species and reptiles) caseload for the education of undergraduate veterinary students. You will be encouraged to participate in research or scholarly activity, and to collaborate with other researchers at the University performing veterinary clinical and/or basic sciences research. You will be MRCVS, have suitable experience in a Primary Care Small Animal Veterinary Practice and be a team player. This is a teaching role, and a strong interest in undergraduate teaching is vital.
This role is eligible for sponsorship under the skilled worker route.
