Veterinary Surgeon (Lecturer) in Primary Care (0.5FTE)

Job Description

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced clinician as a Veterinary Surgeon (Lecturer) in Primary Care. This part-time post is based at our purpose-built primary care, small animal first-opinion practice in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity to take a role in clinical development, service provision and undergraduate teaching.

You will be MRCVS and experienced in both small animal medical and surgical cases; being able to take sole charge of these and also able to support less experienced colleagues within the practice. The role will focus primarily on provision of care to small animals (dogs and cats), including medical, surgical and complementary care – however, we would welcome applicants who may enjoy a mixture of species and responsibilities within the role.

The is a permanent post, available from 1st August 2025.
