Apply now to join One team, One Kroll.Following the successful launch of the Kroll Cyber Partner Program in 2023 we are looking to accelerate the growth of our channel business through 2-tier Value Add Resellers, MSP’s and Distribution. We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Manager of UK Channels to develop and execute on the Global channel strategy.The successful candidate will be located ideally in London & South East however we will consider a wider field for the right candidate, reporting to the MD Global Channels. As part of your day-to-day you will own the strategic direction of the 2-tier channel business, recruitment and development of partners aligned to the global channel partner program. Manage the critical partners relationships, from identifying target partners, recruit, on-board, enable and provide in life management support. The role involves primarily commercial activities with dedicated channel technical support provided. The successful candidate will build a significant contribution to the UKI business and have a potential to expand this role across other EMEA territories.Key Interfaces: Sales Leadership, Pre-Sales, Sales team, Technical Account Management, Marketing, Vendors, Customers.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be a hunter to recruit new partners aligned to the channel strategy
- Farm existing 2-tier partners to accelerate on boarding and drive increased activity
- Segment 2-tier partners to yield greatest return on investment
- Manage Distribution in UK in support of Global Distribution Director
- Develop and execute Distribution business plan to extract value from nominated 2-tier resellers
- Support channel partner sales team in following sales methodology and best practices to help drive Kroll’s market leading Managed Detection and Response and Proactive services portfolio.
- Forecast 2-tier channel business to the EMEA Sales leadership.
- Develop metrics and outcomes to ensure global partner strategy is being executed and sales quota achievement whilst delivering feedback on performance.
- With the support of channel marketing lead, build and execute marketing plan and activities for the region leveraging channel coverage and relationships with Distribution and named 2-tier partners.
- Enable and train commercially partner sales teams and channel technical teams with the support of the SE team, in order to drive success.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of commercial experience, ideally selling security services, 5+ years of channel or partner experience.
- Experience in selling Cyber Security services critically Managed Security – mandatory
- Strong long term relationships and connections with partners across UKI – mandatory
- Proven track record of recruiting and managing UK channel partners VARs MSP
- Deep experience working with partners and ability to matrix manage and create win win strategies
- Ability to build relationships across a wide range of styles and cultures to form networks within and outside the company
- Adaptability, flexibility, positive energy and integrity
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel
