Job description: Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join their busy client in Hemel Hempstead. This is a full-time role, the successful candidate will join on a temp2perm basis and must be able to work on a rotating rota working 5 out of 7 days per week on a 6:00am to 2:00pm shift. (must be able to work on weekends)
Pay Rate: £12.72 per hour + Holiday pay
This role involves:
Completing the clerical functions necessary to keep physical warehouse activity running smoothly
Any other duties as and when necessary to meet the varying demands of the business
Undergoing any training when required by the Company
Assisting in the issue of any paperwork, documentation as required
Assisting in the counting of stock as required
Liaising with goods in checkers and supply chain
Releasing orders for checking
Dealing with Drivers and receipt paperwork
Dealing with Proof of Delivery Paperwork
Investigating of back pics, suspended pics and replenishments
Monitoring of pick and replenishment control screens for Ambient, Tobacco and Frozen
To be considered for this role you must have / be:
- able to work 5 out of 7 days per week (including weekends) on a 6:00am to 2:00pm shift
- computer literate
- worked previously in a Warehouse Administration role
- local or able to commute to Hemel Hempstead
- good attention to detail and able to work in a fast paced environment
- fluent English speaking, reading and writing
- reliable
- a good team player and also have the ability to work on own initiative
- available for an immediate start
