As a Warehouse Coordinator you’ll play a key role at the centre of our operation, where every action you take contributes to our customers enjoying their favourite products. Our operation in Spalding are looking for candidates who can commit to a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, working 12 hour shifts during the hours of 18:00 – 06:30.

What will you do & what will you need
Liaise with customers confirming daily orders and queries,check inbound stock deliveries from suppliers,create pre-advices, stock reports and complete traceability tests when requested,complete regular stock checks,oversee picking, decanting and allocate jobs to staff,regular stock rotation to ensure correct dated stock is picked. Provide a thorough handover to end of shift.
You are required to have good organisational skills, be adaptable to learning styles, build rapport leading to trust and strong relationships at all levels with commitment to understanding, anticipating and respecting the needs of others.

Gist Spalding is the largest site within Gist’s Temperature Controlled Logistics site network, which manages the transportation of food products from the manufacturer into the retail network. A significant proportion of our Temperature Controlled Logistics network requires temperature control. The site opened in 1992 and services approximately 95 individual suppliers. With up to 200 loads per day and in-bound product from across the UK and the Netherlands, Gist Spalding is one of the busiest transport operations in our site network.
