We are looking for FLT drivers to join our team in Crick working on our PM shift of 1200-21.00 /15.00-00.00 Monday to Friday. We are paying an hourly rate of £12.06 plus £1.87 night allowance . What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Daily operation of Counterbalance FLT (Counterbalance)
- Picking and palletising goods
- Pallet wrapping all goods once picked
- Safely operating our equipment
- Loading and unloading our vehicles in a safe manner
What you need to succeed at XPO:
- Numeracy and literacy skills to complete work documentation.
- A current FLT licences.
- Skills Ability to work speedily and accurately.
- Able to work on own initiative.
- Experience of working in a warehouse.
- Experience of working as part of a team.
- Understanding of health and safety issues relating to warehouse environment.
- Experience of working to performance targets.
- Experience of using scanners and other I.T devices.
- Previous experience of working on a shift arrangement.
- Able to work flexibly due to overtime requirement
